Military Museum
In a space of over 1'000 square meters, the Swiss Army is depicted in realistic pictures and situations in a timeframe covering more than 100 years.
A great number of items from the time of the First World War can be seen, including a horse stable, a blacksmith at work and a fully furnished, mobile kitchen (field kitchen). The Second World War is typified by mountain troops and air defense with anti-aircraft guns, among others.
Further scenes illustrate aerial defense units with ladders and rescue boards. The infantry can also be seen with mortar and flamethrowers, etc. The Air Force is represented with, for example, the ejection seat of a Hunter.

The various exhibitions attach a great deal of importance to the uniforms of the Swiss Army. In addition, a complete display of uniforms and insignia from both the "Armee 95" and the "Armee XXI" can be seen.
The "Foreign Services" exhibit is of particular interest, for it includes the UNO, OSCE, Korea Mission, Foreign Legion and the Swiss Guard, among others.
